10 years with Phillips distilling as a Director for the Eastern US. He helped them grow from a small Midwestern firm to a mid-tier, multi-million case company in North America. Brendan expanded and reorganized the distributor network throughout his 32 states and grew volumes over 1 million cs in10 years. North American revenue grew 4 fold during his tenure on the executive team.
For the past two years he helped build Affinity into a significant non alcoholic company as the Chief Commercial Officer. Due to his leadership they grew significantly throughout the US.
Brendan is a graduate of The Citadel and he currently resides in South Florida.

With over 35+ years practicing law in international and domestic commercial transactions, and intellectual property licensing, Mr. Ling provides direct support to Mr. Feeley, responsible for operations and all legal matters affecting the Company. A dedicated oenophile, Mr. Ling’s passion for wine led to his introduction of his partner, Mr. Giovanni Bonmartini Fini of Barone Fini, located in the Trentino-Alto Adige region of Northern Italy, to the Company. Messrs. Ling and Bonmartini Fini founded Sprootzo, a joint venture partner of the Company with the goal to import italian varietals for the development of proprietary beverages and to sell and market premium italian varietals priced to reach a much broader consumer base. Mr. Ling has been active in business development from introducing distributors, wineries and on-premise accounts for the Company.
Mr. Ling has founded startup companies in the e-commerce and Fintech industries, and developed an e-commerce patent portfolio with his father of which he has licensed close to 100 companies to date. Mr. Ling has extensive business and legal experience in developing and implementing strategic and tactical goals overseeing administration, engineering, sales, and marketing departments. His experience includes administrative and financial management, negotiating and drafting a wide variety of commercial agreements such as technology licensing, product distribution, strategic alliances, to managing litigation, development of distribution channel and strategic partnerships, and IP portfolio management.
He attended Deerfield Academy of Deerfield, Massachusetts and received his B.A. in government with concentration in international relations from Pomona College of Claremont, California, and his J.D. from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles, California. Mr. Ling is a member of the Arizona and District of Columbia Bars and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of International Trade in New York. Mr. Ling is conversant in French, Japanese and Taiwanese.

Gina’s experience with Marriott International includes working with the General Managers and Food and Beverage Directors on property, giving her a well rounded view of how the back end of hotels work. Gina’s experience also extends into
small boutique hotels with higher end dining facilities in several exclusive resorts. Currently responsible for the sales and marketing efforts in South Carolina and Georgia.
Founder of GDO Design and former Senior Art Director at Marriott International, designed collateral for global brands such as Sotheby’s International, Dean & DeLuca, Capella Hotels, and Katama Airfield. Skillset is comprised of photo shoot production, art direction, styling, event coordinating, and packaging design.
Conceived and developed the brand image for American Plant, a high-end Garden Center in Bethesda, MD. She transformed the gift shop into a luxury Lifestyle Boutique, increasing the company’s revenue from seasonal to year-round.
10 Years of experience in the beverage alcohol industry
3 Years with Horizon Beverage Company as a Sales Representative covering the south shore of Massachusetts. Both Case Volume and Dollar Sales quadrupled during this time.
2 Years with Phillips Distilling Company as the Northeast Regional Sales & Marketing Manager covering Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire & Vermont. Gross Profit and case sales experienced exponential growth which had not been achieved previously.
5 years with Horizon Beverage Company as the Brown Forman Business Manager Northeast Region overseeing all aspects of sales & marketing for Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire & Vermont. Case sales reached the highest on record for multiple Brown Forman brands during this time.
Vice President of Sales-Midwest
A 20 plus year industry veteran.
Joel started his career in Illinois at the distributor level carrying a sales book for the Gallo Division and worked his way up to the District Manager position. After 4 years at the distributor level, his appetite to learn every aspect the industry spurred him to make the jump to the supplier side of the business. Joel spent 6 years at Bacardi U.S.A in Illinois where he managed all facets of the business, on premise, off premise and chains. He then spent the next four years as a National Accounts manager for William Grant & Son’s. He was responsible for gaining new distribution, developing customer specific marketing programs and implementing those across major chains such as Sam’s Club, Target, Walgreens, SuperValu among others.
After finding much success in the National Accounts arena, Joel decided to set his career path to the “Start Up” sector of the industry where he would have the opportunity to implement his past learnings and be involved with growing and developing brands from the ground up. Over the last 6 years, he has represented brands such as BABE Sparkling Rosé, Not Your Father’s Bourbon and most recently Devils River Whiskey.
Joel currently resides in the Chicagoland area and represents Citadel Beverage across the Midwest.
Over 3 decades of beverage alcohol industry experience, with senior Sales and Marketing
positions in Europe and the US. Experience in Beer, Wine and Spirits.
24 years with Allied Domecq and Pernod Ricard including over 16 years in the US. Positions included:
- Headquarter role at Allied Domecq USA, as VP Commercial Best Practice responsibly for the development
and implementation of sales and marketing best practice across US.
Moved to Dallas, to run the Southern Business Unit including markets across
the South and Mid-West.
- When Allied Domecq was acquired by Pernod, ran several sales divisions as
Divisional VP Sales and General Manager.
- During time with Allied / Pernod managed over 30 states and 50 Distributors
and Brokers across the country.
- Joined Rebecca Creek Distillery from 2017 to 2019, as Chief Executive Officer.
Oversaw the expansion of the company into new markets. Based in San Antonio, Texas and now one of the largest Craft Distilleries in Texas and the US.
